Matters related to construction planning, commercial competition matters, the purchase, sale or lease of property, and/or the investment of public funds - Adjourn from Executive Session; 3. Possible discussion and/or action emanating from Executive Session, if any; 4. General Discussion to include questions on Informational Items for Board Meeting, namely, FY2016 Quarterly Financial Report for Activity through March 31, 2016 and Key Monthly Indicators through March 31, 2016; Major Capital Projects Update; and Report on Real Estate Transactions Third Quarter of FY 2015-2016; 5.
