Complaint #2015-10, Reason: Physicians license summarily suspended 3/4/16 with March 18-23 hearing. Hearing Examiner's report received 6/2/2016 requiring board action on summary suspension. 3. Complaint #2015-11, Reason: Complaint Committee has recommended summary suspension. Next Board Meeting is not scheduled until 7/14/2016. 4. Nominations for APRN Advisory Council, Reason: New law takes effect 7/1/2016 and Governor's office has asked for nominations to be made before 7/1/2016. The Board does not meet until 7/14/16. |
