Special meeting of the West Virginia University Board of Governors for purposes of discussing the evaluation and contract renewal for the president of the university; 3. Executive Session, under authority in West Virginia Code Sections 6-9A-4(b)(2)(A) and (b)(12) to discuss legal, personnel and deliberative matters; 4. Actions emanating from Executive Session discussions; 5. General Discussion; and 6. Adjournment.
