| Purpose: Purpose: The purpose of this meeting is to: 1. Review the submitted 2015 Specialty Crop Block Grant Program proposals; 2. Review the results of the competitive review scoring process; 3. Assess applicant qualifications; 4. Select projects for funding; 5. Determine available funding for WVDA projects/programs; 6. Prioritize WVDA allocation and; 7. Finalize recommendations to the Commissioner for the State Plan to be submitted to USDA. |
