| Purpose: Regular Board Meeting, to approve minutes from previous meeting; receive updates from Board Chair and College president; approve resolutions for the 2016-2017 Budget, Presidents Contract, Repeal of Policy E-58 Affordable Tuition Program, Revision of Policy B-55 Employee and Family Tuition Waiver Program. Receive updates on Communications & Media Studies Program, CTCS Institutional Compact, and the 2016-2017 Holiday Schedule. Possible Executive Session under the authority of WV Code §6-9A-4-2A to discuss Presidents Evaluation and the Presidents Contract.
