Purpose: Discussion and Vote on following Resolution: Be it Resolved that the Executive Committee of the Wood County Development Authority be, and they are hereby, authorized to enter into non-binding letters of intent with perspective purchasers or lessees or their respective representatives or agents for the lease or purchase of the Coldwater Creek facility owned by the Wood County Development Authority provided that before executing any binding purchase and sale agreement or lease agreement that the Executive Committee shall obtain approval, in the form of a majority vote of the Members of the Wood County Development Authority. |
