| Purpose: Pursuant to W. Va. Code 11-6-11, the primary purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for public utilities to comment concerning the notices of tentative assessed values for tax year 2016. The Board will also consider transfers of property and any other business that may be properly presented. The Board may decide to adjourn into Executive Session to receive an update from counsel regarding litigation pertaining to delinquent taxpayers. A detailed agenda will be available prior to the meeting in the Secretary of State's Office. |
