| Purpose: Approval of minutes of August 28, 2015 meeting. Review and approve fight cards and additional referees for the amateur MMA event in Welch, WV on Saturday, September 5, 2015 by Chris Smith. Discussion and vote on the number of inspectors necessary for the amateur MMA event in Welch. Approve additional inspectors for the amateur MMA event in Welch, if necessary. Review and approve fight cards and officials for the amateur boxing event in Huntington, WV on Saturday, September 5, 2015 by Don Pennington. Review and approve fight cards and officials for the amateur boxing event in Weirton, WV on Sunday, September 6, 2015 by Angelo Magnone. Notes: This meeting is being held as an emergency meeting to prevent imminent material financial loss or other imminent substantial harm to the members of the public which the Athletics Commission serves, specifically, to the promoters listed above, by allowing for the above events to be held in light of several changes to the fight cards and officials, such as those that occurred over the weekend of August 29-30. |
