| Purpose: Regular Board Meeting, to approve minutes from previous meeting; receive updates from Board Chair and College president; approval of funds for construction of a Student Services One Stop Center, approval of Mercer Step Pay Increase for qualified classified staff, revision of Policy A-34 Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action and Nondiscrimination; receive updates on alumni relations, fiscal services, Professional Development Week schedule, and programs available at WVU Parkersburg; Possible Executive Session under the authority of WV Code §6-9A-4-9 to discuss future property needs.
