| Purpose: The primary purpose of the meeting is to consider transfers of property. The Board will discuss a utility request for relief from erroneous assessments pursuant to WV Code §11-6-12a. The Board will also consider the approval of Instructional Material Bonds presented by the State Department of Education pursuant to W. Va. Code §18-2A-4 and any other business that may be property presented. A detailed agenda will be available in the Secretary of State's Office prior to the meeting. |
