These matters may include discussion of and possible Board action on the following: Approval of the minutes of the February 5, 2015 Board Meeting; Request funds for HNTB to design project BR-1-16 (bridge retrofit), project WW-1-15 (replacement of waste water treatment plant at milepost 69 rest area), project RS-1-15 (installation of milled rumble strips at toll plazas), project BDO-1-15 (skid surface overlay on bridge deck), project for bridge deck milling; update on Tamarack advertising services RFP; update on Tamarack flat roof repairs; update on Tamarack HVAC system repairs; Approval of contract SBR-1-15 (Beckley salt building roof); Approval of contract 1-C-15 (culvert rehabilitation); discussion of Open Roads Consulting, Inc. request for contract extension; Other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting.
