Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a meeting of the Parkways Authority Board. These matters may include discussion of and possible Board action on the following: Approval of the minutes of the January 8, 2015 Board Meeting; Approval of funds for HNTB to design projects 1-C-16 (culvert rehabilitation) and BSR-1-16 (shotcrete bridge repairs); Purchase of Class 5 dump truck for Maintenance Department; Purchase of skid steer compact track loader for Maintenance Department; Purchase of aerial platform truck for Sign Shop; Approval of crossing permit and right-of-way agreement with AEP Transmission in the vicinity of Cabin Creek (West Virginia); Approval of crossing permit for EQT Midstream in the vicinity of Slaughters Creek (Kanawha County); Purchase of E-ZPass transponders; Approval of contract to remove and replace flat roof system at the Princeton Welcome Center; Other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting.
