AGENDA FOR 1-6-2014 TOWER ACCESS ASSISTANCE FUND REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING 1.Roll call and determination of whether a voting quorum is present.; 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.; 3. Financial report. 4. Media items, if any. 5. WTAAF matters dealt with by any TAAFRC member due to outside contact. 6. Status reports regarding uncompleted Projects which have received grant funds: TAF LINCOLN 14A (9-1-1) All holes for foundation have been drilled and filled with rebar. Concrete work is scheduled for Next week. Fiber conduit scheduled for installation next week. County has decided to also add two additional conduits for future expansion. Still expecting to have steel delivered first part of January. Allen Holder 12-11-14. TAF LINCOLN 14B (YAWKEY) Legal work completed for right away and property lease agreement. Site plans and survey have been started to obtain a site lease and begin construction. 7.Additional items as appropriate.
