| Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a meeting of the Parkways Authority Board. These matters may include discussion of and possible Board action on the following: Approval of the minutes of the November 6, 2014 Board Meeting; Request for HNTB to develop repair plans and contract documents for the replacement of the flat roof section at Tamarack; Request for HNTB to inspect two tanks at the Beckley Maintenance facility to ensure that they meet the new regulations regarding above ground storage tanks; Request to purchase cutaway vans for Maintenance and laptops for the IT Department; Request to approve painting Contract BP-2-15 for Corridor L overpass bridge; Request to approve Contract 3-A-15 pavement rehabilitation; Request to approve Contract BW-1-15 pier protection barrier wall installation; Request to approve a contract for landscaping services at the travel plazas; Request to select a provider of ATM services for the WV Parkways Authority; Other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. |
