Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a meeting of the Parkways Authority Board. These matters may include discussion of and possible Board action on the following: Approval of the minutes of the October 9, 2014 Board Meeting; The Authority will discuss and may take action to approve a proposed one year extension of the Term of Agreement (pursuant to Subsection 2(b) of that Section) pertaining to the current Operator/Lessee of the West Virginia Turnpike Restaurant Lease and Operation Agreement; Approval of funds for HNTB to design Project BDR-1-15 (Ghent northbound bridge deck replacement at mp 28.9), Project 1-A-16 (paving from mp 95.4 to 83.6 southbound), and, Project 2-A-15 (mill and inlay of high priority areas along the entire Turnpike); Approval of one year extension to Suttle & Stalnaker annual audit contract; Purchase of two air compressors; Purchase of two vehicles for the Maintenance Department; Purchase of three cargo vans for Toll Maintenance and Administration; Other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting.
