ITS: Information Security Presentation, b. Report by the Interim Director of Internal Auditing covering Internal and External Auditing Activity and Updated Audit Committee Guidebook, c. Report from Legal Affairs - Adjourn from Executive Session; 6. Plans for February, 2015 meeting; and 7. Other Business.
