| Purpose: This tour will be to inform the public of plans for a timber harvest prescribed to encourage the establishment of high quality black cherry seedlings, accelerate the restoration of red spruce, and provide wildlife habitat diversity while providing for additional recreational access to this part of the forest. This is the opportunity for the public to learn about the project in order to provide meaningful input and comments.
