Consent Agenda (for Board Review and Action) to include a. Entry of Institutional Undergraduate Fee Waivers and Institutional Graduate and Professional Fee Waivers, b. WVU Roadway Naming University Park Drive, c.Approval to Maintain the Percentage of Personnel Placed in the Category of Non-Classified at West Virginia University and its Regional Campuses to 25 Percent of the Total Number of Classified and Non-Classified Employees, d. Ballpark Parking Land Acquisition and Infrastructure Improvements, e. Approval of New Major: Energy Land Management, f.
