Discussion of September 19, 2014 Board of Governors agenda items: (a) WVU Roadway Naming University Park Drive, (b) Major Capital Projects Update, and (c) Ballpark Parking Land Acquisition and Infrastructure Improvements; 5. General Discussion, and 6.
