| Purpose: The West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority (the Authority) will conduct a special meeting on Thursday, August 21, 2014, at 10:00 The agenda will include the following items: 1.Call to Order. 2.Reading and Approval of Minutes (if needed). 3.Consideration of and action on settlement with GE Funding Capital Market Services, Inc., Trinity Funding Co., LLC and Trinity Plus Funding Co., Ltd. 4.Update and possible action on pending litigation. 5Update on possible upcoming bond issues of the Authority. The Board will also conduct regular business. |
