| Purpose: Regular Monthly Meeting. The Board of Directors will also consider and take action on matters including, but not limited to consideration of and final action on: (1) Resolution authorizing the borrowing of up to $6,000,000 by the West Virginia Economic Development Authority from the West Virginia Water Development Authority acting on behalf of the West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council to acquire a water line, water tank and related facilities and appurtenances from Roxul USA, Inc. and authorizing the leasing of such water line, water tank and related facilities and appurtenances to Jefferson Utilities, Inc. for use at Roxul USA, Inc.'s plant in Jefferson County, West Virginia. |
