The agenda is below AGENDA FOR 10-29-2019 TOWER ACCESS ASSISTANCE FUND REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING 1.Roll call and determination of whether a voting quorum is present. 2.Approval of minutes of previous meeting. August 27, 2019 3. 3. Financial report. 4. Media items, if any. 5. WTAAF matters dealt with by any TAAFRC member due to outside contact. 6. Status reports regarding uncompleted Projects which have received grant funds: TAF NICHOLAS 17A (RICHWOOD) Project is complete. Just dressing up property with finishing touches. Joe Gonzalez 9-19-2019 TAF WOOD 18A (BELLEVIEW) Tower has been ordered site prep underway. Getting a little stone wall from power company but sure that will break soon. Rick Woodyard 9-19-2019 TAF DODDRIDGE 18A (WEST UNION) the FAA Determination of No Hazard to Air Navigation was received (see attached), still awaiting a tower number then we will apply for frequencies. The underground power line conduit was put in place. We will be on hold for the next few months due to the agreement we have with the land owner to limit disturbance during hunting season. We will continue to work on ordering equipment and have everything ready to install once the season is over. George Eidel 9-18-2019 TAF LINCOLN 18A (MIDKIFF): Survey complete. Waiting on check.
