Potential Executive Session under authority in West Virginia Code Sections 6-9A-4(b), (b)(9), and (b)(12) to: (a) Conduct training from higher education experts (Education Advisory Board) on trends and issues facing higher education institutions, and (b) Discussion of deliberative, confidential, and proprietary matters relating to higher education trends, potential academic and strategic priorities, and potential partnerships and initiatives; 3. Rise from Session. No actions will be taken; and 4.
