Potential Executive Session under authority in West Virginia Code Sections 6-9A-4(b), (b)(9), and (b)(12) to discuss: (a) Confidential, preliminary summary of deliberative matters, including results of Fiscal Year 2019 budget; (b) Confidential, preliminary summary of the Voluntary Separation Incentive Plan progress; (c) Confidential, preliminary summary of financial matters relating to dining services and public private partnerships; and (d) Confidential, preliminary summary of current year retention and enrollment as it relates to the Fiscal Year 2020 budget; 4. Possible discussion and/or action emanating from Executive Session. No actions will be taken; and 5.
