| Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a meeting of the Parkways Authority Board. These matters may include discussion of and possible Board action on the following: Approval of the minutes of the August 8, 2019 Board Meeting; Approval to purchase 7 Dark Blue State Police Pursuit Rated AWD 4-Door Utility Police Cruiser SUVs and 1 Silver State Police Pursuit Rated AWD 4-Door Utility Police Cruiser SUV - Public Service Commission (PSC) Turnpike Patrol; Approval to award purchase orders for the following: 1-Dark Blue State Police Pursuit Rated AWD 4-Door Utility Police Cruiser SUV-Toll Messenger; 5,000 Commercial Transponders for Customer Service; and 2 Blinking Chevrons/Curve Warning Systems; Approval to award the following Contracts: BBCR-1-20 Rebid - Barrier B Canopy Replacement; SALT-1-20 Roadway Salt (Sodium Chloride); and TC-1-20 - Tree and Brush Removal; Update of Parkways Toll System Upgrade with presentation by HNTB Toll Consulting Services Team;and other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting. Attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com. Items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. |
