| Purpose: The primary purpose of this meeting is to finalize public utility tax assessments for 2019 pursuant to WV Code 11-6-11. The Board will also consider the approval of instructional material bonds and any other business that may be properly presented. The Board may go in to Executive Session to discuss pending matters with the Board's attorney which are protected by the attorney-client privilege. A detailed agenda will be available in the Secretary of State's Office prior to the meeting. |
