Va. 29-21-3b(c)for quarterly meetings; to plan agendas for subsequent quarterly meetings in 2019; to discuss anticipated legislation affecting Public Defender Services, to discuss chairperson vacancies on boards of directors for public defender corporations; to discuss recent and pending retirements of chief public defenders; to discuss administrative order of Monongalia County Circuit Court regarding appointment of counsel; to discuss ongoing Commission membership; and to discuss possible litigation by court appointed counsel and public defenders against state. |
