Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a meeting of the Parkways Authority Board. These matters may include discussion of and possible Board action on the following: Approval of the minutes of the September 6, 2018 Board Meeting; Approval for HNTB to design Project 1-A-20 (mill and inlay work); Approval to purchase two (2) Chevy 2019 Silverado 2500HD-CK25753 Class 12 White Pickup Trucks; Annual Investment Report for period ending June 30, 2018; Presentation by Suttle & Stalnaker of the Parkways Authoritys audited financial statements for years ended June 30, 2018 and 2017; Amended and Restated Annual Budget; Update, decision and/or discussion on Economic Development and Tourism (EDT) Committee authorization for Parkways General Manager and General Counsel to confer with a perspective lead candidate for position of Executive Director at Tamarack to discuss terms and conditions of a possible employment contract; Approval to award Contract BDR-1-18 Bridge Deck Replacement at MP 89.44; Vice-Chairman Vinciguerra may have a resolution adopted by the Mercer County Commission to be included in the minutes of the Parkways meeting; Other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting.
