| Purpose: Approval of meeting minutes of the December 8, 2016 Economic Development and Tourism (EDT) Committee; Update, discussion and/or decision(s) on: In anticipation of the selection of a new Tamarack Executive Director, that the General Manager and General Counsel be authorized to meet with a perspective lead candidate for the Executive Director position and to discuss the terms and conditions of a contract of employment that do not exceed those of the contract with the departed Executive Director. An Executive Session may be required.
