| Purpose: 1. Call to Order; 2. Executive Session, under authority in West Virginia Code Sections 6-9A-4(b)(2)(A), (b)(9), and (b)(12) to discuss: (a) (a) Legal, personnel, and deliberative matters, (b) Matters not considered public records, and (c) Matters related to construction planning, commercial competition matters, the purchase, sale or lease of property, and/or the investment of public funds; 3. Discussions emanating from Executive Session if any; 4. Board Presentation Discussion/Action Proposed Final Academic Rules 2.1-2.5 and Faculty Rule 4.7; 5. Review and Approval of 2018-2019 Tuition and Fees; 6. Consent Agenda (for Board Review and Action) for a. Approval of New Major: Public History within the Master of Arts in History, b. Approval of Change in Name of Major: Change the current major in Agronomy to Environmental, Soil, and Water Sciences within the MS degree program in Plant and Soil Sciences, c. Approval of New Major: Nurse Anesthesia within the Doctor of Nursing Practice, d. Approval of New Degree Program: PhD in Higher Education, and e. Approval of New Major: Research and Evaluation within the Master of Arts in Educational Psychology; 7. Other Business and General Discussion; 8. Next regular meeting scheduled for June 22, 2018; and 9.
