Discussions Emanating from Executive Session; 4. Board Presentation Academic Affairs Updates; 5. Board Presentation Master Planning Facilities Process Document; 6. Approval of minutes of the October 27, 2017 Regular Meeting; 7. Committee Reports for (a) November 29, 2017 Finance and Facilities and Revitalization Committee Meeting and (b) December 15, 2017 Joint Finance and Facilities and Revitalization/Strategic Plans and Initiatives Committee Meeting; 8. Information Items (written only) to include a. Organizational (Departmental) Change at West Virginia University School of Medicine and b. FY 2018 Quarterly Financial Performance Report for Activity through September 30, 2017; 9. Consent Agenda (for Board Review and Action) to include: a. Approval of New Major: Construction Management, b. Approval of New Degree Program: Master of Science in Business and Cybersecurity Management, c. Interim Appointments to the West Virginia University Hospitals Board of Directors, d. County Extension Appointments; and e. Resolution authorizing the filing of applications with the Federal Transit Administration, an operating administration of the United States Department of Transportation, for Federal transportation assistance authorized by 49 U.S.C. Chapter 53, and/or authorized by any other Federal statutes administered by the Federal Transit Administration, including, but not limited to, applicable sections of 23 U.S.C. Chapter 23; 10. Other Business and General Discussion; 11. Plans for next regular meeting on February 16, 2018 in Morgantown; and 12.
