| Purpose: Regular monthly meeting. The Board of Directors will also consider and take action on matters including, but not limited to the following: 1) Reimbursement Resolution allowing PPD of WV One, LLC to be reimbursed for expenditures in connection with the acquisition, construction, equipping and other capital costs of a synthetic fuel plant in Greenbrier County, West Virginia from the proceeds of Revenue Bonds. 2) Volume CAP Allocation Application for PPD of WV One, LLC Tax Exempt IDB Exempt Facility CAP request $29,623,025. 3) Resolution authorizing the issuance of Bonds by the West Virginia Economic Development Authority, to be exchanged for certain commercial facilities at Cytec Industries, Inc., Pleasants County, Willow Island Chemical Plant. |
