Retroactive approval of a CliftonLarsonAllen engagement letter, dated June 16. 2017, related to the audit of the financial statements of the West Virginia University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics for the year ended June 30, 2017; 5. Executive Session [Under authority in West Virginia Code Sections 6-9A-4(b)(9) and (b)(12)] for: a. Report by the General Counsel and b. Report by the Director of Internal Audit - Adjourn from Executive Session; 6. Plans for next meeting in October, 2017; 7. Other Business; and 8. Adjournment.
