| Purpose: Purpose: Will hold annual meeting to elect officers in conjunction with its regular monthly meeting. The Board of Directors will also consider and take action on matters including, but not limited to the following: 1) A Declaration of Official Intent to Issue Excess Lottery Revenue Bonds, stating the reasonable expectation of the West Virginia Economic Development Authority to reimburse the State Park Improvement Fund for expenditures in connection with the acquisition, construction, equipping or maintaining of certified capital improvement projects for Cacapon Resort State Parks made prior to the issuance of bonds by the Authority and further consider a First Supplemental Resolution of the West Virginia Economic Development Authority Excess Lottery Revenue Bonds (Cacapon Resort State Park) Series 2017 Bonds, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $25,000,000.00. |
