April 20, 2017 Audit Committee Meeting; b. April 20, 2017 - Joint Finance and Facilities and Revitalization and Strategic Plans and Initiatives Committee Meeting; and c. April 20, 2017 Academic Affairs and Accreditation Committee Meeting; 6. Executive Session, under authority in West Virginia Code Sections 6-9A-4(b)(2)(A), (b)(9) and (b)(12) to discuss: a. Legal, personnel, and deliberative matters; b. Matters not considered public records; and c. Matters related to construction planning, commercial competition matters, the purchase, sale or lease of property, and/or the investment of public funds; 7. Discussions Emanating from Executive Session; 8. Annual Report of the Faculty Representatives to the Board of Governors; 9. Annual Report of the Student Government Association Representative to the Board of Governors; 10. Approval of minutes of the February 10, 2017 Regular Meeting and, March 14, 2017 Special Meeting; 11. Presidents Report; 12. Information Items (written only) to include a. FY 2017 Quarterly Financial and Agreed Upon Procedures Reports for Activity through December 31, 2016, b. FY 2017 Key Monthly Indicators through February 28, 2017 and status of public/private operations through December 31, 2016, c. Major Capital Projects Update, and d. Organizational (Departmental level) Changes at the West Virginia University School of Medicine; 13. Disposition of real property and other assets associated with the West Virginia University Institute of Technology campus in Montgomery, WV; 14. Consent Agenda (for Board Review and Action) to include: a. Approval of New Degree Program: Master of Accountancy/Termination of Degree Program: Master of Professional Accountancy, b. Approval of New Major: BAS in SAGE, Sustainable Agricultural Entrepreneurship for Potomac State College, c. Approval of New Major: Strategic Communications for Potomac State College within the AA Journalism Degree Program, d. Approval of New Degree Program: Multidisciplinary Studies in the College of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, e. Termination of Major Program within the Arts and Sciences Degree: Applied Arts in Modern Languages, Potomac State College, f. Termination of Degree Program: Bachelor of Science in Agronomy, g. Termination of Degree Program: Bachelor of Science in Agr. Agronomy, h. Termination of Degree Program: Bachelor of Science in Soil Science, i. Approval of Undergraduate Program Review Recommendations, and j. Appointment to County Extension Committees; 15. Appointment of Nominating Committee to present slate of officers for June, 2017 meeting; 16. Other Business and General Discussion, and 17. Adjournment
