Purpose: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a meeting of the Parkways Authority Board. These matters may include discussion of and possible Board action on the following: Approval of the minutes of the February 2, 2017 Board Meeting; Approval of design funds for contract RWC-1-18 (coat the retaining wall northbound near the Sharon interchange) and contract CV-1-18 (camera video of culverts at various locations along the Turnpike); Approval of renewal option for WC Workshop staffing agreement for the showers at the Beckley Travel Plaza; Approval to purchase six (6) 15 aluminum smooth side dump body trucks and two (2) single axle 36,000 GVW cab & chassis severe duty snow plow trucks; Approval to purchase new storage room additions and new custom doors for Tamarack; Approval to purchase roadway and facility sign sheeting and materials; Other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting.
